London – raindrops keep falling on my head – –

Sunday – the weather was not too good – rainy & a bit windy so spent the day at the flat watching TV and some movies. Cannot complain though – every day has been perfect or pretty close to it so a little bit of ‘English’ weather does not do anything to dampen my spirits.

Gives me a chance to have a good look through all the things I have collected during this trip – enough stuff for a 12 week interlude instead of a 3 week adventure let me tell you!

I look at my papyrus and statues with great affection remembering when and where I bought them and also remembering our time cruising down the Nile in the Land of the Pharaohs.

I also smile when I see the momentos from Athens and remember our getaway at the seafood restaurant – and I have finally started to read my book on Greek Mythology.

My camera that has been contemplating a nervous breakdown has made a getaway and taken refuge in a dark corner somewhere.

Hopefully tomorrow will dawn bright and sunny so that I can get out and about again.
